Shipping Information

We want your Gaucha Designs order to reach you safely and smoothly. Here are a few things to know before your order begins its journey.

Different Products May Ship Separately

Some Gaucha products are shipped from different locations. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive separately and at different times.

Don't worry if you receive one package before the others — each shipment may have its own tracking number, and tracking details will be provided for each shipment when available.

Made-to-Order Posters & Canvases

Our posters and canvases are made to order, especially for you.

Production usually takes 5–7 business days before your order is ready to leave the production facility.

Your tracking number becomes available once production is complete and your order has been handed over for shipping. You'll then be able to follow its journey to you.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, the product and the shipping carrier. The delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other fees charged by your country. If applicable, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
