Refunds and Return Policy

At Gaucha Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is both enjoyable and seamless. Below you will find our comprehensive policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges that comply with all necessary regulations and best practices.

Return Eligibility and Process

Defects and Quality Guarantees: We guarantee the quality of our products against manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include a detailed description and photos of the defect. If the defect is confirmed upon review, we will either replace the item if available or refund for the item's cost, excluding shipping charges. Note that the majority of our products are made of leather, and natural markings in the leather such as scratches or patches from the tanning process are not considered defects.


Sale and Discounted Items: All sales on discounted items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer credits for these items.


Damaged During Transit: We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


European Union Customers: For purchases made within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt, during which you can return your order for any reason. The item must be returned unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please do not send your purchase back without our approval.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
