Política de envío

We ship nationally and to Australia using NZ Couriers.

For orders made in USA and Europe we use Fedex or DHL Couriers.

We use a non-signature required service as standard for NZ orders. Please note that all shipments outside of NZ, we send them with a Signature Required service. It will mean you need to be home to sign for your package and if you are not home, you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company.

We take all reasonable care when packaging your goods to ensure that they get to you in excellent condition, but we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are broken or lost in the transit process. We will do everything we can to ensure this does not happen and will follow up on lost or damaged items with the couriers.

 

Shipping within NZ and to Australia

We provide you with the tracking number given to us by NZCouriers. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact the courier before emailing us.

For NZ customers, we will do our best to get your order to you within 3-5 working days, however delivery to some remote or rural areas may take a little longer to arrive.  

For Australian customers, the delivery time might vary depending on your location within Australia. Usually it takes 6/9 working days for non-rural deliveries within the East Coast cities of Australia. For all other location, please expect longer delivery times.

We will take no responsibility for your item being lost or damaged in transit.

Once the goods have left Gaucha Designs Headquarter we are not responsible for delivery.  If you haven’t received the order within the estimated time frames, please contact the courier company before you email us.

Use the provided tracking number to follow the location of the parcel. 

 

International Shipping to USA and Europe

We provide you with the tracking number given to us by the Courier. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact the courier before emailing us.

We will take no responsibility for your item being lost or damaged in transit. With your tracking number you will be able to start your claim with the courier.

All Delivery times that are listed on our website are estimated times. Due to events outside our control (such as weather and courier volume limits) we do not guarantee that you will receive Gaucha Designs product within the listed time frame.

For International customers that live in remote or rural areas, please allow extra days for the parcel to get to you. Thank you!

 

For All orders: Correct Address

We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it, so please check your address carefully! 

Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.

 

International Buyers

Please note that Import duties, taxes, and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for duties (if any).

Depending on your country's customs/borders policies, the parcel might not be delivered till you pay your import duties, so please keep an eye on your emails, mail box or SMS as Customs authorities might have tried to contact you to process your payment.
